Material of force-measuring sensor


The elastic material of the force sensor is generally made of metal, and most of the available materials are aluminum alloy, alloy steel and stainless steel. The alloy material not only has rigidity to ensure consistent deformation and deformation recovery, but also has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance. The main requirement of elastomers is to be able to accurately transmit the stress information and maintain the deformation consistency and complete restoration under the same stress.

The composition of the resistance strain gauge is complex, and it is a composite manufacturing product. The combination of the base material of the strain gauge and the strain copper is ever-changing. According to its strain requirements, there are about 1000 kinds of products at present. Generally, the base material is polymer film material, and the strain material is high-purity constantan. The constantan on the substrate is etched with resistance grid wires with different induced deformation after optical treatment. Therefore, the quality of the resistance strain gauge is not only related to the material of the substrate and the purity of the composite metal, but also related to the composite process, etching technology and process, etching chemical materials and post-processing technology and materials.
Folding patch adhesive
The adhesive for resistance strain gauge patch mainly adopts two-component polymer epoxy series adhesive. The performance of polymer chemical products is closely related to the physical and chemical indexes of each component, such as purity, structure and size of molecular chain, storage time, proportion of components, molecular modification, mixing method, mixing and curing time, curing time, curing temperature, additives and percentage, etc.

In the initial stage of force sensors with insufficient welding technology and equipment, special silicone rubber sealant series are used. Silicone rubber has long-term chemical stability. Therefore, it has excellent anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, aging resistance, insulation and other properties, and has long been the preferred product for all sealants.

Fold wire material
The wire is still a part of the force-measuring sensor. The metal material of the wire of the force-measuring sensor, due to the use of wires in household appliances, has a personal experience of the quality difference. After all, the wire is the channel for bridge power supply, signal output, and long line excitation voltage compensation. The silver-plated wire must have better conduction effect than the copper wire, and the copper wire must have better conduction effect than the aluminum wire. Its role is self-evident.
With the increasing interference of various high-frequency and radio waves, the excellent shielding of the force sensor is also an important method to protect the signal stability. In addition, environmental erosion, insect and mouse invasion, fire prevention and flame retardancy also require the material of the sensor protection layer to prevent corrosion, insects, fire and explosion, and even the use of armor protection, sleeve protection and other methods.
Folding lead sealing material
Each component of the force-measuring sensor will affect the final technical performance of the sensor. Some force-measuring sensors only use a simple fixing method to avoid the movement of the sensor wire and damage the electronic circuit fixation of the sensor. Some force-measuring sensors with a short transmission distance even rely on the adhesive seal for fixation. However, if the force-measuring sensor with large volume and weight is not fixed or sealed with proper wire, it is the bottleneck that the force-measuring sensor is most prone to failure. Especially when the sealing head is added to fix the wire, the material and fastening strength of the fastener will also affect the final technical performance of the force sensor. Observers found that few fasteners are installed with sealing adhesive, which can avoid the residual stress caused by fastening force and leakage caused by insufficient fastening force.
